MCSA Group developed a comprehensive master plan for the 5.5-acre Paradise Park, including site inventory, analysis, concept alternatives, public engagement, and detailed cost estimates.

Following adoption of the master plan, MCSA Group assisted the City in securing Michigan Natural Resources Trust Fund and Community Development Block Grant funding to implement the project in multiple phases over several years.
