MCSA Group has completed numerous architectural and landscape architectural projects for Grand Rapids Housing Commission through the years, many of those projects have been located at Mt. Mercy.

Built in 1917 as a Catholic convent and private school, Mount Mercy was acquired by the Grand Rapids Housing Commission in 1991; MCSA Group provided architectural services for the renovation which provided 125 affordable retirement apartments for ages 55 and older.

Most recent work includes site improvements, roof repairs including repair to the Chapel clay tiles.
