MCSA Group provided Architectural and Landscape Architectural services to the City of Kalamazoo for a four-phase project built at Mayors’ Riverfront Park. Prior to this project, the existing facility included only a Class A baseball field and bleachers.

The four phases included new offices for the City Parks and Recreation Department; a 5,280 sq. ft. building with a large conference room and deck overlooking the baseball field; construction of a new facility with administrative functions, as well as locker rooms and support facilities for the baseball team. The two buildings are joined by a common entrance and plaza.

The third phase of this project consists of separate concessions and souvenir buildings, along with an outfield deck.

The final phase of the project contained a maintenance building for the Parks and Recreation department and overall complex entry signage.
