North River Front Park Splash Pad

MCSA Group provided comprehensive Master Planning services for the North Riverfront Park Splash Pad in Lowell Township. The design process encompassed site plan renderings, graphic illustrations, cost estimation, and grant writing support.

The project scope includes a 2,600-square-foot splash pad, shade sails, site furniture, LED lighting, ornamental fencing, and connecting pathways.

Lowell Township was awarded a Recreation Passport Grant from the Michigan Department of Natural Resources. Following the grant approval, MCSA Group provided full engineering, bidding, and construction administration services to support the project's implementation.
