Jaycee Park Playground

MCSA Group provided comprehensive services for Jaycee Park Improvements including Master Plans, Cost Estimates, Engineering, and Construction Administration.

Phase One Improvements included a new basketball court, new nature themed playground equipment on a poured in place safety surfacing. Special consideration was made for playground equipment that would withstand vandalism in this park.

Phase Two Improvements include a Restroom Building with Program Room and new Parking Lot.

The Final Phase of the project removed hazard trees throughout the Park, upgraded the disc golf tees and signage and replaced existing paved trails.

The City of Kentwood applied for a Community Block Grant. MSCA Group assisted by providing necessary information and plans for application. MCSA Group coordinated specifications, bidding and payment applications in accordance with Kent County Requirements.
