Immanuel Church Playground

MCSA Group collaborated closely with church staff to develop a master plan for outdoor spaces designed for both church members and the public. Following the master planning phase, MCSA Group provided comprehensive services for the implementation of Phase One, including cost estimation, site plan review applications, engineering, bidding, and construction administration.

Phase One site improvements featured a multipurpose athletic field with underdrains, pathways and trails, gas fire pits, lighting, a playground with a shade sail, and landscaping. Notably, the playground was constructed as a community-built project, with church members contributing labor under the guidance of Sinclair Recreation.
