MCSA Group designed a new Beach House Building at P.J. Hoffmaster State Park, featuring large toilet rooms that can be subdivided for cleaning or periods of lower use, along with single-occupancy family toilet rooms.

In 2001, MCSA Group provided architectural services for the renovation and expansion of the park’s Genevieve Gillette Visitor Center, modernizing offices, classrooms, restrooms, and the nature center store while expanding exhibit space. In 2026, the Visitor Center received a new roof, siding, floor finishes, and interior glass stairwell guardrails.
