MCSA Group completed a Phase 100 study for the State of Michigan which involved selective demolition of failed brick above the windows. The result was the recommendation to remove the first three courses of brick above all openings to allow installation of flashing.

Following the brick repair, all exterior openings and doors were replaced. The new glazing has a bronze tint which creates a unified fa├žade, hiding the interior window treatments.
