MCSA Group has completed numerous projects for the Training Center in Kalamazoo. The first was a facility assessment which reviewed not only the building and site but the program to create a master plan. The result of the assessment was a major renovation project which included the addition of the reception area and meeting room; remodeled bedrooms with private bathrooms; new flooring, ceiling and paint throughout the building; complete replacement of the mechanical system with a geothermal system whose field became a native wild flower planting area; and new energy efficient lighting.

Currently in construction is a project to replace exterior concrete sidewalks, ramp and stair. Once funding is available, the next round of interior improvements is planned.
